CHAMBERS, Jr. William R.
Firefighter William R. Chambers Jr., assigned to the Orchard Beach Station, suffered a fatal heart attack while on the scene of a medical call. Sadly, all resuscitation attempts were unsuccessful. Firefighter William R. Chambers, Jr. a veteran of the United States Army, was 48 years old and had served in the fire department for 28 years.
