CAUSEY, Randolph
An alarm of fire was striking on the gong in Truck House No. 7 Pipeman Randolph Causey (E-31) was running for the brass pole, tripped, and fell head first through the hole for the brass pole, landing on the apparatus floor below. He was killed instantly. Pipeman Randolph Causey was 38 years old and had served 4 years.
