HOWARD, Albert Clifton

Firefighter Albert Howard, age 81, was on the scene of a building fire on Stenersen Lane in Cockeysville. The need to move a fire engine, caused a hose line to be pulled taught, striking Firefighter Howard in the back of his legs, flipping him over and to the ground, where he suffered fatal head injuries.
