MILLER, S. Howard
April 13, 1940 Fireman S. Howard Miller, a onetime Hereford blacksmith, was riding the right front of Hereford Volunteer Fire Company's 1936 Dodge fire engine when he suffered a fatal heart attack, fell out of the officer's seat, and onto the pavement. Fireman Samuel Howard Miller was 63 years old. Number of years served are unknown at this time.
