WILLARD, Kenneth H.

Kenneth H. Willard was assisting responding units from Walkersville VFC with traffic control at the intersection of Rt. 26 and Rt. 194 when he was stricken with a heart attack. He was transported to Frederick Hospital where attempts to revive him were unsuccessful. Kenneth H. "Wimp" Willard, age 51, was also an active member of United Steam Fire Engine Co. No. 3.
