TAULTON, David M.

While on the scene of a house fire, 1st Assistant Chief David M. Taulton was carrying a ventilation fan into the structure when he suffered sudden cardiac arrest. Chief Taulton was transported to Frederick Memorial Hospital where all resuscitation efforts were unsuccessful. 1st Assistant Chief David Marvin Taulton was 37 years old and had served 14 years.
