ULMSCHNEIDER, John E.

Firefighter Paramedic Ulmschneider passed away as a result of a gunshot wound sustained on the scene of an incident to which he was dispatched. Despite the very best efforts of medics and hospital personnel, he succumbed to his injuries. He was posthumously promoted to the rank of Firefighter/Medic Lieutenant.
