FAITH, Charles W.
Firefighter Charles W. Faith transported a patient to Washington County Hospital in the Williamsport VFC ambulance.The ambulance arrived to the hospital and the patient was taken into the Emergency Room where Firefighter Faith collapsed having suffered sudden cardiac arrest. All resuscitation attempts were unsuccessful. Firefighter Charles William Faith, a veteran of the USN, was 51 years old.
