MCCULLOUGH, Jesse W.

Jesse McCullough began his firefighting career with the Baltimore City Fire Department but left the City in 2013 when hired by Prince George's County Fire/EMS Department as a member of Career Recruit Class # 47. Upon graduation, Firefighter McCullough was assigned to Landover Hills Station 830 B shift. He was a team player who was always ready to lend a hand. He set a good example. He was passionate about being a firefighter, about learning & training. He was always the hardest working man in the room with an attention to detail that was unmatched. In January 2017, Firefighter McCullough was diagnosed with an aggressive Occupation-Related Stage IV Metastatic Colon Cancer, and his battle began. On October 9, 2018, after a 21 month valiant & courageous battle, Firefighter McCullough passed away. Firefighter Jesse Wade McCullough was 41 years old and had served over 10 years.
